Lorna Ferguson is Associate Director of Knowledge Management in KPMG Transaction Services. She has held various roles in KPMG including leading the knowledge management group in KPMGs Tax practice and KPMGs US Transaction Services team in New York. Ceri and Lorna are both leading KPMGs implementation of various elements of the Web 2.0 toolkit.
