Lilia Efimova
Author at blog.mathemagenic.com & Researcher Lilia Efimova works as a researcher at Telematica Instituut, Netherlands: on her PhD on blogging practices of knowledge workers and in several projects in areas of knowledge management, workplace learning and online environments supporting those. In her work Lilia brings together her experiences of facilitating learning and managing changes, her interest in technologies and her passion for understanding how people work. Lilia is an active participant in online discourse on social software; she enjoys combining research with hands-on experience of online community facilitation.
